Graham was born in 1969 into the powerful Ganalbingu people. His father, George Milpurrurru, was a well known Australian artist and marrngitj - a ritual healer.
Graham began painting for the market in the late 1990s, after the death of his father. He continues to develop his talents as an artist and has participated in a number of exhibitions held by Bula’bula Arts.
